The responsible authority is a natural person or legal entity, who alone or with others decides about the purposes and means for processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses etc.).

I only collect the personal data necessary to provide you with the best user experience and full functionality of this website. The data collected include:

  • your first name
  • your last name
  • your email address

I use your personal data in order to ensure that you can use the functions of this website and to answer your questions or requests. Your personal data will also be used to analyse how you use this website so that I can optimise the content and my marketing efforts.

I will always store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship. I will also keep your personal data for as long as required by law. Otherwise, I will hold your data until you opt-out or until two years after your last communication with me.

I may share your personal data with third-party suppliers to ensure the most efficient running of my business. These include providers of the following services:

  • email
  • translation software (CAT-tool)
  • accounting/CRM

Some of those suppliers are located outside of the European Economic Area, in the USA. The data protection laws there may not provide an adequate level of protecting your data. Therefore, I have taken steps to ensure the transferred personal data are appropriately secured. This includes data processing agreements and working with companies that participate in the EU-US Privacy Shield.

At any time, you have the right to request information about the source, recipient and processing purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification or erasure of your personal data or to object to/restrict the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to complain to the responsible data protection authority if you see a violation of your data protection rights.
